In recent years this national developer has broadened its portfolio from its traditional detached developments to include a multiplicity of medium to large-scale developments incorporating, mixed use schemes, traditional executive homes, riverside apartments, refurbished historic buildings and urban loft spaces. They are currently in the market for a project manager*senior site manager to work on a high profile, high specification development in Worcester. The development promises to change the face of the city, through the sympathetic renaissance and regeneration of surplus, redundant land at the historical Royal Worcester Porcelain sites and their surrounds. House types currently under construction include 1 and 2 bedroom converted apartments, through to 4 bedroom townhouses. Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of one phase of this large project, including supervising sub-contractors, controlling works within programme and health and safety. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in supervising volume housing developments and be happy to work in a fast paced environment.
